Happy humpday loves! I can't even believe that my birthday is this Sunday! Looking forward to traveling with my husband to Cincinnati this weekend to celebrate and reflect and relax. Last year, my husband and sister threw a surprise birthday party for me and I wrote about it here, and it was a night to remember but this year was a complete roller-coaster of good and bad, so I just want to have a quiet celebration.

I can't believe I haven't been wearing this skater dress from GAP more often. It's the perfect silhouette, that I'm always on the lookout for because of it's cinched waist and flared out skirt and flattering to all shapes. I added tights and my black booties to combat the cold weather and kept my accessories minimal with an added leopard clutch for a fun pop! This look would be perfect for a date night, work, or to church.

Coffee In The Morning

Hi Loves! Did you all enjoy your weekend? We spent ours relaxing together and spending quality time together. Sometimes that can be the best remedy after a long hectic week. Tomorrow, my husband is taking me to see one of our FAVORITE artists, MIGUEL!! Our first dance at our wedding was to his song, "Adorn" and  both have him on our bucket list of artists we must see and I'm so excited that we finally get to go. 

There's just something about the turning of leaves, and crisp weather that makes you want to slide into your favorite pair of jeans and a cozy scarf! Enter, DL1961 a denim brand that I'm thrilled to be partnering with in today's look. I'm wearing the Farrow Instaslim (smart denim that instantly slims your legs, midsection, and waist), I mean who doesn't want jeans that make you look even more fabulous than you already are? I love the fact that it's a higher rise skinny jean and not one that I have to adjust every time I sit or stand up. I kept the look neutral with my nude ankle boots and tote bag, a striped top and a chunky plaid blanket scarf for some fun texture and color.

Fall Fleur

Hi Loves! How was your Halloween? And how has your week been? I hope it's been great, and if it hasn't, thank God the week is coming to an end. I know I'm blogging on an off day, but this time change has kind of thrown off my shooting schedule. Today's look features some fun printed pants, neutral wedge booties, a crisp white button up, a navy vest and a taupe tote bag. With the recent warm weather, these lightweight pants felt amazing!

Cape Escape

I recently wore this look on a date night to see Kevin Hart live with my Husband and wanted to recreate this look for you all! Needless to say, we had an incredible time. It felt so good to unwind and laugh uncontrollably with my husband. So,  I've been obsessed with ankle boots and capes lately! If it would ever stop raining where we live, this look would be my daily (after work) uniform.

Fall Brights with Hush Puppies

Happy Monday loves! My hubby and I are finally transitioning our closets to fall/winter clothes but this look was so easy to put together because of these booties! I'd heard of this Hush Puppies brand growing up but I never owned a pair and honestly, I'm in love! The richness of color, quality, and comfort are out of this world. I love how it instantly brightens up a neutral look. The footbed of the shoe is padded and super comfy. I also found out that these shoes are pre-treated to withstand the harshest weather so I can come and go as I please. I'd like one in every color please! ;)

Happy Wednesday, loves! This week is flying right by! 

When I got these blue ankle boots, I immediately saw the two perfect pieces that would absolutely make this outfit complete. My vintage tartan shirt and my vintage camel leather pencil skirt. I love how the colors are fall friendly and complement each other. This whole look makes a statement, so I kept my accessories minimal.
