Hey Loves!! Got my tooth pulled today :( Dentists are evil! lol. anyway, since I’m halfway alert now, figured Id post my nail of the day…(well actually yesterday lol).
This color is amazing! It is a warm creamy gorgeous pink that only took me two coats and a top coat to achieve this beautiful finish!

BOLD LIPS:: As seen below on Janelle Monae, try to stick to natural by creating a flawless look using foundation and emphasizing your eyelashes using a black mascara and liner.

                              

SMOKEY EYES:: this ever popular look will still be in style. To look trendy and stylish use black and gray eyeshadow or go for dark blue to enhance your eyes. 

This look can work for any complexion.

                              

NATURAL MAKEUP:: As seen below on Sanaa Lathan, go for a soft eyeshadow, blush, and nude lip that works best for your complexion. You will look natural and flawless!

                              

BOLD EYES:: Keep in mind that for this type of makeup you will need flawless skin so create it using concealer and foundation. You can leave your lips bare or enhance the lips as well using a red colored lipstick.

*NOTD* Sally Hansen’s Hard Nails-Wet Cement is a great polish color for winter and you can even transition into spring with it! I usually love pinks and blues, but I really like the pay off of this color and I am glad I tried it!! It has a very modern look to it and it only retailed for $3!

Spring 2011 Trends!!

If you all are anything like me and looking forward to warmer weather, I am sure you’re starting to shop for spring clothing and accessories. :) These warm and pastel colors below are really on trend for the upcoming season:

                                        
Another trend that will continue to be popular is the military style jacket as seen on Rihanna below:
                                                  
High-waisted flare jeans are BAAACK! (im excited about this trend, kind of tired of only wearing skinnies lol) Such a classic look. You can wear them with wedge heels and a tucked-in top to look long and lean.
                                                  
Neutrals and nudes as well as sheer layers have been seen all over the runways for this spring as well. These also follow the “comfy clothing” trend, which I am so excited about!:
                                 
Big bangles will also be in style this spring. Seen on Bey below (she happens to be wearing a nude color as well! always so stylish!)
