Hi my loves!! I wore this look while out with my honey on Saturday while we were out and about enjoying the random gorgeous weather we were blessed with and I wanted to look stylish and comfortable at the same time. I knew we'd be on our feet for a while, so I threw on my trusty leopard loafers on. My go to safari vest helped pull the entire look together with a new favorite necklace of mine that I received from Crown + Glitter! Did yall watch the Grammy's?? What was your favorite/least favorite performance or moment from last night? Mine was hands down Justin Timberlake's comeback!! I have loved him since N'Sync and I was so excited to see him work the stage with his new song and the live band was amazing!

"Snow Day"

Hi loves! Last weekend we got about 2 inches of snow and I had another 3 day weekend! (double fist pump!) I planned to take pics of a look when there was snow everywhere but kinda punked out because it was 7 degrees and freezing weather and I don't get along. So we decided to take these Monday when the temperature rose a little. The downside to that, was not really having much of a snowy background, but these will have to do lol!

STYLE GUIDE: Don't let anyone tell you that black and camel don't complement each other! Break the rules and try it and you just may like it! ;)

Hi Loves! So before I post a look to the blog, I like to send the pics to see what my Fiance thinks, and for this look, our conversation went a little something like this:

Me: What do you think about this look for the blog babe?

Him: Ummmm...it's kinda doin a lot

Me: What?!? I love it! What do you mean?

Him: Really? Ok! I mean there's just a lot going on...with the blue and black and white

Me:  It's cream and black! and it's not blue and chambray!

Him: Well it looks like blue, black, and white to me, it's just kinda busy. But the girl wearing it is beautiful (good save! hahah!)

Me: Well I love it and you don't like it, so looks like we're at a Crossroads!! hahaha!

Halftime...

Hey my loves! I've been watching the Superbowl with my Fiance and I'm happy that the Ravens won and all because I was rooting for them but let's be honest, the most memorable part of the game last night was BEYONCE'S halftime performance! I loved every single minute of it and she is insanely gorgeous, talented, and truly is the greatest performer alive! I have been a Destiny's Child fan since middle school so when Kelly and Michelle joined her on stage, I got emotional and began singing and crying! (J just stared at me and tried not to laugh, but he knows how much I love them!) I'm not gonna lie, after seeing Beyonce's post baby body, I'll be heading to the gym tomorrow up until the wedding! lol

It's Humpday again loves! For today's look, I'm debuting a blazer that for some crazy reason has not been shown here on the blog. It's a textured vintage Christian Dior piece that I absolutely love. It has textured orange, gold, gray, and black threading and fits me perfectly! 99% of my crazy blazer collection is vintage and I honestly believe clothing was just made better back then! I also decided to wear my vintage salmon pussy-bow blouse underneath. Do you like to thrift shop for clothing? What are some of your most treasured finds??

STYLE GUIDE: Trench coats are a staple and classic piece for every woman to have in her clothing arsenal! They are perfect for adding a preppy, chic, and even mysterious finish to the simplest of looks! ;) Not to mention they keep you warm and are wonderful for layering! 

Happy Monday my loves! I hope you all had amazing weekends! Due to the snow/ice storm that happened late Thursday night, I got a "snow day" Friday, giving me another 3 day weekend! My weekend was awesome and I am feeling relaxed and ready to tackle this week! We surprisingly had a sunny day Saturday so I decided to wear this trench coat I've had for a year or so. I wore leggings and an oxford over sized shirt underneath with chocolate boots. I kinda wish I opted against these boots but I don't take myself or fashion that seriously lol.
