Hey my loves! I hope you had an amazing weekend! My hubby and I had a date night to celebrate 6 months of being married and put up our Christmas tree! This isn't what I wore for our date night but what I would wear for a day date or casual lunch with a girlfriend! It's easy to still look put together but relaxed with boyfriend jeans, a cozy sweatshirt, an oversized scarf and loafers! What's your go to look when you need to look casual yet chic?

Hey loves! I'm back with another post about the amazing #TOMSforTarget Holiday collaboration! For those of you who haven't heard of this collaboration, two of my favorite companies have joined forces to not only release an amazing quality line of items which I shared some of my favorites here, but each item purchased will help provide shoes, a blanket, or meals to those in need. I am so impressed with the quality of items they have released and I think it’s fantastic that you can purchase these items while contributing to such a worthy cause.

I was sent this super fun and funky holiday #TogetherSweater to style and share just in time for the holidays. When I unwrapped the packaging and pulled out this sweater and saw two holes instead of one, I immediately burst out laughing. My husband J and I thought it was a malfunction until we read the cutest card explaining the purpose of the sweater. So of course I figured photo-op! And who better to squeeze into this amazing contraption then my hubby, sister, and puppy??? Feel free to laugh now...I know you want to! ;)

Happy Wednesday Loves! Today I'm reinventing the wheel and styling another one of the ever popular blanket scarves of the season that I've been ~~hoarding~~ collecting this year! As you may know there are sooo many ways to style these huge scarves and you can see how I first styled it here. I've been pinning away like crazy for inspiration on how I'd like to style mine here (so make sure and follow me!) And when I saw how my blogger friend Shanna styled hers as a poncho, I was so inspired to try it for myself. I adore the warm fall colors on this scarf and I decided to complement the red and orange tones by wearing a burgundy long sleeved top underneath and cinched my scarf at my waist with a tan skinny belt to give the poncho effect. I wore my favorite camel boots and added my orange Gigi New York clutch to finish off the look.

If you look closely at some of my photos, you can see that it actually began to rain on me (and my hubby while shooting this look...oh the lengths I go to for yall lol!) while we were outside! This exact scarf is no longer available at Zara but I have provided similar options below for you to stay bundled up and as the weather gets colder.

When my friends from Gigi New York let me select a clutch of my choosing, I was over the moon excited! I perused their vast selection of clutches and chose this Uber Python Clutch in clementine! I was amazed by how fast the clutch was shipped to me. The quality of the leather is incredible and the orange is so vibrant and perfect for Fall. I've worn it so many times and have styled in future looks so stay tuned for more! I just want to take the time out to thank each and every one of you for all of your support of me and my blog the past three years. Your kind and sweet words of encouragement, motivate me to try new styles, produce creative content, and I have been blessed beyond my dreams with crazy wonderful opportunities due to your following and reading my blog. Hi loves! My husband, my sister, doggy and I are hitting the road today to head down south to spend Thanksgiving with my family. This time last year, I was watching what I ate so I could be snatched to the Gods in my wedding dress. But this year honey, I'm going to eat my mama's cooking to my heart's desire. And I hope you'll be stuffing your faces with your loved ones too!

I decided to share another one of my favorite looks I posted last year on the blog. There's something about a fitted blazer over a vintage pussy-bow blouse that is just perfect to me. I plan to restyle this look soon...
