Today and everyday, I thank God for my life, my husband, health, peace, joy, family, friends, and all of you!! I just want to take the time out to thank each and every one of you for all of your support of me and my blog the past three years. Your kind and sweet words of encouragement, motivate me to try new styles, produce creative content, and I have been blessed beyond my dreams with crazy wonderful opportunities due to your following and reading my blog. I'm celebrating at home In Mississippi with my husband and family and I pray each of you get to spend today with your family, a friend, or someone you care about.

Hi loves! My husband, my sister, doggy and I are hitting the road today to head down south to spend Thanksgiving with my family. This time last year, I was watching what I ate so I could be snatched to the Gods in my wedding dress. But this year honey, I'm going to eat my mama's cooking to my heart's desire. And I hope you'll be stuffing your faces with your loved ones too!

I decided to share another one of my favorite looks I posted last year on the blog. There's something about a fitted blazer over a vintage pussy-bow blouse that is just perfect to me. I plan to restyle this look soon...

Fashion That Gives: #TOMSforTarget

Hi Loves!

I must confess, I have not done a lick of Christmas shopping yet. Traditionally, I don’t start until after Thanksgiving, which gives me time to recover from my birthday and stuffing my face with my family! I’m planning to either participate in Black Friday shopping or better yet, Cyber Monday from the comfort of my bed on my computer, which is beginning to sound more and more appealing. ;)

Ok, so I’m sure by now you’ve heard all about the amazing TOMS for Target campaign. Just in time for the Holidays, two of my favorite companies have joined forces to not only release an amazing quality line of items which I will share some of my favorites below, but each item purchased will help provide shoes, a blanket, or meals to those in need. As newlyweds, J and I are so incredibly overjoyed to be celebrating our first official holiday together as a married couple. We are planning and preparing for it in the typical way, picking which family we will visit with for Thanksgiving and Christmas, taking pictures to send out for our 1st annual Christmas cards, decorating our house, Christmas shopping, hiding gifts from each other, etc. The #TOMSforTarget collaboration has really inspired us to get out and help in our community to those that are in need. I’d love for us to sign up to volunteer at a homeless shelter. What will you be doing for others this season?

Happy Wednesday Loves! I hope you are having fabulous weeks so far! In today's look, I wanted to channel a vintage professional look. Instead of grabbing my usual white or blue button down shirt to layer beneath my camel crew neck sweater, I decided to wear a blush pussy bow blouse instead. I think it pairs beautifully with the nudes in the rest of the look. The green tweed pencil skirt added a pop of color perfect for Fall.
