Happy Monday Loves!! I hope you all had fun weekends! I had a pretty awesome one :) I wore this look Saturday to a block party downtown in our city with my Fiance. We walked around exploring and eating our ice cream cones, checked out the local vendors, and stopped to listen to the live band playing. After we left the block party, we ventured further downtown, parked, and strolled around the local restaurants and bars to figure out where we wanted to have dinner. We chose a new Thai spot (we LOVE Thai food!) and ate outside on the patio. We enjoyed our meal while people watching with some great conversation of course. For our nightcap, I had a peach Bellini and he had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon! None of this was planned and i honestly always have the most fun and like it better that way. ;)

Hi Loves! Yesterday my blogger girlfriend Whitley of Simply Whit in a Sequined Life and I met at JCrew for a fun Style Session in our local mall! We got the opportunity to style three looks each with the help of amazing Jcrew personal stylists! We received VIP treatment, with yummy cupcakes and fruity bottled drinks. We had so much fun playing dress up and getting to personally preview the fall collection first hand! Below are some photos I snapped to share my experience with you all today!

I mean seriously, their jewelry is amazing and drool worthy!

I loved this paneled stretch color block dress! I felt like FLOTUS Michelle Obama or Olivia Pope from Scandal, all I was missing were some heels!

Of course I had to add some color into this second look by throwing on the coral Excursion Vest, Stripe Necklace Tee and Andie Chinos!

Hi lovies!! Yayy! It's Friday!! So last year while out thrifting with my Fiance, I saw this lightweight vintage, hand-sewn floral peplum skirted style blazer and my heart stopped and I threw it in my basket among other things. When we go shopping together, we tend to show each other our finds before we enter the fitting room, so I showed him this blazer that i loved and he hated it! I mean he called it a "granny blazer", "recycled curtains" and so much more! lol! I ended up leaving it behind because there were other items that I loved more but I couldn't get it off my mind for the rest of the weekend. I kept telling him it was his fault that I didn't have my floral blazer and how I could think of so many ways to style it and that it was only $3!

So the next week while he's in the thrift store, he calls me to me he saw THE blazer hanging and said "do you really want this ol thing? Nobody else does, because it's still hanging here" and laughs. I immediately screamed "Yes!!! Please get it for me babe! I can't stop thinking about it! It's so cute, you'll see!" And he begrudgingly got it for me...(he's the sweetest man ever!) So I present to you all....THE Blazer! What do you think? [Hate it or Love it]?
